One of the best signs of the slow-but-steady recovery of our Catholic liturgical tradition, in addition to the more frequent use of black vestments, is the revival of the custom of displaying relics, especially on and around the feast of All Saints. In this second post of this year’s All Saints and All Souls series, we have two such displays, at St John Cantius in Chicago, and at a chapel in Pittsburgh. There will be a yet another post, so once again, we’ll be happy to accept late entries; send them to photopost@newliturgicalmovement.org, and remember to include the name and location of the church.
