In April, the United States Bishops will publish the Third Edition of the Roman Missal in Spanish. To encourage congregations and choir directors to learn the music within the “priest’s book” and join in the integral parts of the sung Mass, the Zipoli Institute of the Institute of the Incarnate Word offers a one-day conference in Spanish Sacred Music, open to all.
The day will begin with Holy Mass and continue with breakfast, a cultural presentation by Dr. Heitor Caballero, and practical music workshops. Learn to sing the Mass while discovering the strong musical heritage of Spanish-speaking cultures.
