Fr. Zuhlsdorf
reports that an official decree has been issued by the Congregation for Divine Worship, adding the name of Saint Joseph to the Second, Third and Fourth Eucharistic Prayers, as it was added to the Roman Canon by Bl. Pope John XXIII. The decree mentions that this was approved already by Pope Benedict XVI, and has now been formally promulgated by Pope Francis. Fr. Z. has also posted a copy of the decree in English; it is dated to May 1, the feast of St. Joseph the Worker, and gives the official Latin version of the text to be added to each of the three canons.
