Recently, we mentioned the beautiful cathedral basilica of Newark, New Jersey, and I had mentioned that I first saw photos of this splendid piece of architecture within the context of a photo from an Anglican use conference which had taken place there.
While that conference was held last year, I thought it would be worth showing a few photos from it, both in the light of the Anglican ordinariate, and for reason that it provides an opportunity to see the basilica and its altar and ciborium within a liturgical context.
A full photo album is available from that conference incidentally. There you'll see more particular details of the basilica as well.
