medieval ecclesiastical art site, I discovered this rather stunning bit of vestment work which was apparently designed by Cecil Greenwood Hare, partner of gothic revivalist G.F. Bodley from 1906-1907, created for the Anglican parish of St. John’s, Epping -- which parish church also has a Bodley designed antependium. (
