Summer Music Events

As we near the deadline for registration for the Sacred Music Colloquium and Chant Intensive, I thought I should draw your attention to additional opportunities for learning sacred music this summer.

The Ward Center at the Catholic University of America is offering first and fourth-level classes, June 29-July 3, 2009, taught by Nancy Fazio and Fr. Robert Skeris. Each class has a tuition of $2,310 (does not include housing or food). More information here.

The Mid-Western Chant Workshop this year features Fr. Samuel Weber, O.S.B., teaching from July 18-20, 2009, at the Benedictine College, Atchison, Kansas, for $120 including housing, food, and conference materials.
