His ideal is that he would love to find a 17th-18th century French or Italian style of chalice (see image to right for a general sense) -- and ideally as well, he would also like it to be an original from the 17th-18th centuries.
He is after a chalice that is either sterling or gilt.
I should note as well that while the above is his ideal, he is willing to entertain other proposals as well.
