Slight Confirmation Regarding Archbishop Marchetto's Book

Some of you may recall the NLM's recent announcement that Archbishop Marchetto's important book, The Second Vatican Ecumenical Council: A Counterpoint for the History of the Council, was being translated from the original Italian. This book is being published by the University of Scranton Press.

I was recently contacted by the director of that Press, who confirmed they are presently determining its publishing schedule. More importantly however, he informed me that the University of Scranton Press titles are actually distributed by the University of Chicago Press and the Chicago Distribution Center (CDC).

Therefore, in watching out for the publication of the Marchetto title, may I please redirect your attention to the University of Chicago Press.

All this said, this same director also assured me that he would inform me of the formal publishing schedule details once they have finally been determined. So the NLM will bring those to you as soon as we have them.
