On the heels of the confirmation that the FSSP will now have a presence within the Archdiocese of Toronto, so too comes the news that the Archbishop of Toronto, Thomas Collins, ordained one of the brothers of the Toronto Oratory to the diaconate at the Oratory, and he did so in the "Oratory style" if you will -- that is, the modern Roman missal primarily in Latin, said ad orientem with communion distributed kneeling and upon the tongue at the communion rail.

A significant event to help embolden the reform of the reform in that region.
