It is quite evident at this point that my dear co-blogger Jeffrey Tucker does not know his place, and that I am going to have to put him there. You see, Jeffrey is too humble to give himself any credit for the amazing things that he does.
Jeffrey had to step in at the last minute and assume many of the responsibilities of this year's Sacred Music Colloquium in Chicago, and everything came off without a glitch; it was truly amazing. It is rather evident that everyone from the President to the newest members of the organization were quite grateful for his work, as well as for the work of Arlene Oost-Zinner.So Jeffrey, take your seat at the head of the table. You deserve it. And in honor of you, I propose the following as the unofficial logo of next year's colloquium:
