Even in parishes that do not use the Extraordinary Form, some adaptation, liturgical or para-liturgical, of Tenebrae has proven popular and appears to have increased somewhat in popularity in recent years. This year in New York several parishes with noted musical traditions will be offering this service during the Triduum. Please feel free to add to any listed here below in the comments boxes, as there are a number of other churches offering this liturgy but whose service times I have not been able to confirm; I am also slightly unsure of the exact times at Immaculate Conception, though perhaps our readers can correct my knowledge. I would also be curious to know if anyone in the city is offering the unadapted, original Tridentine form as well.
