EWTN on Traditional Anglican Communion

This came through the email today via John Ambs email list:

"EWTN announced that the Vatican will make a final determination of whether the Traditional Anglicans are brought into the Church separately, or if a structure (Apostolic Administration?) will be created for them."

I have no further information in order to verify this. Perhaps someone else can confirm or deny this report?
