Latin American Bishops leading the way?

If the original news report is accurate, this is welcome news and one hopes to see it repeated elsewhere. Fr. Zuhlsdorf relays a story that the Latin American "bishops who were in Aparecida unanimously accepted the idea of the Vatican [with regard to the Motu Proprio surrounding the classical Roman rite]."

Very good and encouraging news if so.
