There is certainly no shortage of good Catholic liturgical books these days. Thanks to an NLM reader for pointing out that the 1961 Diurnale Romanum has been reprinted.
The "diurnale" is comprised of the "day hours" of the breviary; or in other words, the breviary minus the Office of Matins.
