Bookmarks in the Graduale

The Graduale 1961 online would be greatly improved with left navigation tools. If someone has Adobe 7.0 or higher, and would like to assist in this effort--for someone who knows his or her way around the software and the Graduale, it's probably an hour of work--can you please email me?
