Ecclesia Dei on the new Institute

Via Rorate Caeli, the following copy of the apparent letter from the Ecclesia Dei Commission establishing the Good Shepherd Institute has been made available off a French priests site.

A rudimentary translation simply confirms what has already been stated, along with the fact that this institute will operate ad experimentum for 5 years -- a fairly standard practice I believe in establishing anything new.

The one other detail to come out of this is that the Institute isn't of course confined to Bordeaux, but wishes to help other bishops in its mission.
