[Apologies for it being so quiet this past week. I've been ailing under a cold which has drained my strength. Plus I am putting a lot of free time into reading The Mass and Modernity by Fr. Jonathan Robinson, cong.Orat.]
I'd like to take this opportunity to let the blog readership know that I've welcomed another individual who will make a nice addition to this blog: Steven Schloeder.
Some of you may recognize Steven as the author of Architecture in Communion: Implementing the Second Vatican Council through Liturgy and Architecture published by Ignatius Press. Steven is a church architect and runs his own firm, Liturgical Environs. Steven and I have had the pleasure of communicating off and on for the past number of years and I am pleased to have him on board.
Here's a quick sample of some of his work, either in terms of restorations, or entirely new building projects:
I am sure we all look forward to hearing from Steven whenever he gets the time between his architectural projects to post to the weblog!
