Yesterday was not only the feast of St. Rabanus Maurus, but also that of St. Andrew Corsini, who interestingly is on the universal calendar in the usus antiquior, but not in the newer form. Each year for this occasion, a high-ranking member of the Roman Curia celebrates Mass in the chapel of the Lateran Archbasilica dedicated to St. Andrew.
