Closing Mass on Friday, January 8

Fr. Gregory Wilson, rector at the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist, will be celebrating the Mass of Friday After Epiphany. It will be a fully chanted Novus Ordo in Latin.

The Mass will begin at 2:00pm at the Cathedral. The schola will be made up of participants from the CMAA Winter Chant Intensive under the direction of Maestro Scott Turkington. Jeffrey Alban of Front Royal, VA, will be playing organ works of Tournemire and Durufle for the prelude, and Mr. Turkington will be playing a postlude by J.S. Bach.
