Scholarly Contributions Sought
Anonymous
At the start of this new year, I succeeded Fr. Neil Roy (University of Notre Dame) as Editor-in-Chief of Antiphon: A Journal for Liturgical Renewal, which is published three times a year by the Society for Catholic Liturgy. (Links to both the journal and the Society are provided also on the sidebars of the NLM home page.) The Society, I think it safe to say, is securely situated under the big umbrella of the "reform of the reform," and Antiphon is, I'm proud to say (with due kudos to Fr. Roy and his assistants), an internationally recognized scholarly liturgical journal. Antiphon stands ever in need of essays (whether academic or pastoral in nature), translations, and book and music reviews. Membership in the Society is not a prerequisite for publishing in Antiphon, although contributors are encouraged to apply for admission to the Society. Guidelines for submissions to Antiphon can be found on the Society's website. I ask your prayerful support as I endeavor to promote, by means of Antiphon, both a deeper understanding of the Sacred Liturgy in all its aspects and worship that is worthy of the Name.
