Cardinal Castrillón and the Constantinian Order

In April, the NLM mentioned a Pontifical Mass in the extraordinary form which Cardinal Castrillón celebrated in the Roman Church of Santa Croce off Via Flaminia for the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George on the occasion of its patronal feast (cf. posts here and here; videos of the Mass are available at the Order's site here). What did perhaps not become sufficiently clear at the time was that Cardinal Castrillón celebrated this Mass in a special capacity, namely as Grand Prior of the Order (he also is a Bailiff Grand Cross of Justice, a distinction he shares with the new Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship, Cardinal Cañizares). In this capacity, Cardinal Castrillón celebrated another Pontifical Mass in the usus antiquior for the Order last 31 October in L'Aquila, the capital of the Italian Region of Abruzzo, in honour of Our Lady of the Rosary; the Archbishop of L'Aquila attended in choro. Here is a video of this Mass:
