3rd Anniversary of the NLM

Just a quick note to mention that today is the third anniversary of the founding of the NLM. In those 3 years, there have been over 4000 posts and for those who do not realize it, all of those 4000 posts are available to be read through the NLM archives, which can be accessed at the bottom of the sidebar by month.
